Return and Refund

■Return Rules■

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to include your order number when filling out the contact us form.
Due to hygienical reasons, the following items can not be returned:leggings, underwear and accessories.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items bought on sale or gift cards.

Returns must be sent back to our Japan office. The shipping fee to the Japan will be borne by the customer.
If you order 3 items you are eligible for free worldwide shipping. However if you return items and your initial order falls below 3 items total, you will need to then pay the initial shipping cost.
Shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded.

Please note that return shipping and any and all reverse shipping charges, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

■Damages and issues■

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we act according to circumstances.

All of our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment.
However, if there happens to be a defect in the product, please take a photo of the defective part and send it by e-mail.


Exchanges are not offered at this time.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.


Every shipment is from Japan.
We ship orders within 3 business days via EMS (Japan Post). It might take more days during seasonally busy periods..
After arriving in the destination country, it will be delivered by a local carrier. For more detail, please see here.

We provide free shipping to any country on orders over 3 items.
We will arrange delivery with the postal code and address entered by the customer. If there is an error in the postal code or entered information, the arrival date and time may be delayed or the order may be returned to Japan.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address or delivery issues. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
If your order is returned to Japan for any reason (incorrect address, failure to pay customs duties, absence, etc.), we will cancel your order and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
